ARC Circle Membership Agreement
By joining the ARC Circle as a Founding Member, you agree to the following terms, responsibilities, and cultural commitments. This agreement outlines your responsibilities, payment obligations, participation expectations, and our community values.
Payment Terms
The Founder's Membership to Find Joint Ventures Network is an annual fee of $2,499 (includes applicable taxes).
- Payment cannot be deferred or suspended.
- All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used as credit or to redeem other services or events.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Find Joint Ventures Network via email at [email protected]
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing term.
- No refunds will be issued for any portion of the membership fee, including unused time or missed sessions.
- Upon cancellation, access to member-only resources, events, and community platforms will be terminated.
- Rejoining the Network after cancellation may require reapplication and is subject to current membership terms and fees.
Member Responsibilities
As a member of the Find Joint Ventures Network, you agree to the following commitments:
- SHOW UP – Attend all sessions or notify your group in advance if you are unable to join live.
- DO THE WORK – Come prepared to participate fully in all sessions.
- CONTRIBUTE TO THE CULTURE – Engage respectfully, constructively and with generosity.

Responsibility & Liability
I acknowledge and agree to accept full responsibility for all business activities, work and transactions resulting from my membership in Find Joint Ventures Network.
I agree not to hold ARC Circle, its owners, operators, or employees responsible for any business dealings I do with members or guests.
Furthermore, I release and absolve ARC Circle, including its owners, operators, and employees, from any and all liability related to business outcomes, opportunities, or disputes arising from my participation with members in the Network.
