In the massive opinionfest found online, it can be exhausting trying to be heard. It can also be exhausting trying to hear others. The disagreements have reached epic proportions that I see working against professionals, not for them.

Use social media to connect with people. Lots of people. People you align with for whatever reason. Reach out and tell them about what you agree with. Find what you have in common.

If you find people who you can help and who are helpful to you, the noise will lessen. You will be heard. Others will be heard. Cooperation will flourish.

You will make more business friends more easily by connecting on what you have in common than raising the frequency of your postings on social media.
